The contract for the final phase of the fence replacement project has been awarded to Advantage Fences (the same company that did the other fences). Construction is expected to begin within two weeks.
The fence replacement has started. Unfortunately, due to some confusion in instructions, the work crew started on the west side rather than the east side as planned. As a result, some of the homeowners affected by the removal of the fences were not informed that their fences were about to be removed.
Since they have already started on the west side, we will continue with replacing that side first. Hopefully, we are now informing the right homeowners.
